This is a journal of what I have been eating since January 3rd, 2008. I was inspired to do this by one of the editors of Men’s Health. He lost 30lbs in 3 months and kept a journal of everything he ate. So if you are interested in what I am eating. Here ya go!

Breakfast: Frosted Mini-Wheats, Low Fat Soy Milk
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich,Budweiser BarBQue Sauce(1 tablespoon) Archer Farms All Natural Yellow Corn Chips(24 Chips)
Dinner:Whole Wheat Pasta with Meatless Sauce
Water to drink through out the day.
Keep in mind I knew that I was going to begin the Belly Off! Club fitness plan(starting on Jan. 7) so I was intentionally trying to eat healthy a few days before beginning. I was also doing 50 Girl push ups per day to get my arms ready for what was to come.

Breakfast: Frosted Mini wheats, Low fat Soy Milk
Lunch: Chicken Fajitas w/o the shell, refried beans
Snack: Archer Farms All Natural Yellow Corn Chips(more than 24) & an Apple.
Dinner: Large Grilled Chicken Breast, Steamed Broccoli & Carrots
Water To drink all day.

Breakfast: 2 Scrambled eggs, 2 pieces turkey bacon, 1 homade wheat blueberry muffins, dab of ketchup
Lunch: 3 slices of ham, 3 slices of colby cheese, cheese sauce, Archer Farms All Natural Yellow Corn Chips.
Dinner:1 Large Grilled Chicken Breast, 1 medium size baked potatoe w/cheese and real bacon bits + Budweiser Barbque sauce.
water all day
1 glass of red wine to end the evening

Starting Belly Off! 2008 tommorow. Just a little fact before continuing. I am doing the south beach diet with this plan for the 1st 2 weeks.
Breakfast: 2 Scrambled eggs, 2 pieces turkey bacon, 1 home made wheat blueberry muffin, 1 home made biscuit
Lunch:Shrimp Gumbo and Shrimp Salad from Red Lobster
Snack: Handfull of fat free pretzels
Dinner: Pizza and Pasta Express Large thin Crust. 6 pieces. going out with a bang. But we got a free certificate in the mail and wanted to use it before the Lifestyle change.
Water throughout the day. YES even w/ the pizza.

Jan 7, 2008: Beginning of the Belly Off! Program and SBD
Starting Weight: 228
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 turkey bacon
Snack: Walnuts(handful)
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast Salad w/Balsamic Vinagerette Dressing
Snack: Low Fat String Cheese
Dinner: Grilled BeefSteak mixed w/ green peppers. (amazing recipe)
Dessert: Mocha Ricotta Cheese(SBD Recipe) 1st time(amazing as well)
water thoughout the day.

Snack: Walnuts
Lunch: Only Had time for a can of heated spinach(today was hectic @ work)
Snack: Colby Cheese Squares(6)
Dinner:Summer Sausage, walnuts.
Dessert: Mocha Ricotta Cheese
Today was crazy. Was Starving But as soon as I got finished w/work i had to run to our church for worship practice(I do sound). Wife brought snacks I could Eat. Love Her.

Lunch: Salad W/Tuna and Vinagerette dressing(SBD Recipe) Awful. Tasted Disgusting.
Snacks: Colby Cheese Squares(6), 1 sugar free strawberry jello
Dinner:Leftover Beefsteak from monday evening
Dessert: Mocha richotta Cheese

Snack: colby cheese Squares(6) 2 slices of turkey
Lunch:Grilled chicken Salad w/balsamic vinagerette dressing
Dinner:Grilled Salmon, steamed broccolli, cauliflower
Dessert: Mocha richotta Cheese
Water all day.

Snack: 3 tablespoons of chunky peanut butter
Dinner: 4 pieces of thin crust pepperoni pizza
water all day
1 glass of red wine to top off the night.
I chose before doing this program w/ my wife that we would have 1 cheat day per week to reward us for being so good throughout the week. If you don’t think it is a good idea to cheat well suck it…..just kidding. Wait until you see tomorrows weight loss.

Snack: 1 sugar free strawberry jello
Lunch: 1 turkey burger, 2 vegan portabello mushroom burgers
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Breast, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Dessert: Mocha ricotta Cheese
water all day…forgot to weigh myself this morning. Weight will be up tommorow.

Weight:219 down 9lbs in 6 days(although this is mostly water weight) the real work begins(taking down fat a lb at a time).
Breakfast:2 Scrambled eggs, 2 turkey bacon
Lunch: Greek Salad
Snack: 1 sugar Free Jello
Dinner: Baked Salmon, steamed broccolli, and steamed cabbage
Dessert: Mocha richotta Cheese
